We're thrilled to create and deliver your personalized products—whether it's tumblers, mugs, custom gifts, or our signature lip glosses—straight to your door. Below you'll find all the important details about how we handle shipping to ensure everything arrives quickly and smoothly.


📦 Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Personalized products, such as custom tumblers, mugs, license plates and other made-to-order items, may require a processing time of 3–7 business days. You’ll receive another notification as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take up to 7–10 business days.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days)
    -Free standard shipping on orders over $50.00


🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we’re working on it!


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


❗ Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs holds. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lizskycustoms.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
